Jo's Corner - Question 2

I was cut off from the world. There was no one to confuse or torment me, and I was forced to become original.

Lucky me, I would have been very disappointed if one of my relatives had stolen my opera. By the way, it’s really a shame that only 5 of my 24 operas have transferred to the present more or less complete.

I was blessed with 11 siblings.
Sadly half of them died rather early. Some of them where nearly as talented as myself.

For example my brother Michael who had been a composer, like me. Or my brother Johann Evangelist, who has been a famous tenor then. 

As children we often used to play on a square similar to the one in front of the Diocesan Cathedral Museum.
